Terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026. Repen is in open alpha; we’ll update this page as it grows.

These terms apply when you use Repen at repen.app, run by Forthbound. By creating an account or using Repen you agree to them. Questions: hello@repen.app.

Open alpha

Repen is in open alpha: free to use, still changing, and provided as it is. Features may change or go away, and things may break. Keep your own copies of work you can’t afford to lose (Repen can export designs).

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password and your Google account safe; you’re responsible for what happens with your account, including what agents you connect do with the access you give them. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.

Your work

What you create in Repen stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, show and process it only as needed to run Repen for you and the people and agents you share it with.

Only upload what you have the right to use. Stock photos and generated images come with their providers’ terms and credits.

Fair use

Don’t use Repen to break the law, to harm or harass people, to spread malware, to get into accounts or designs that aren’t yours, or to overload or attack the service. Repen has limits on how much can be created and stored, and may change them.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

No warranty

As far as the law allows, Repen is provided without warranties, and Forthbound isn’t liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages from using it.

Ending

You can stop using Repen and delete your account at any time in Settings. If we ever shut Repen down, we’ll give you notice and time to export your work.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app or by email before they apply.
